Two-way sync
Data that flows both ways between systems, with a clear source of truth for each field, so a change in one place shows up everywhere it should.
Integration and automation
Much of the cost in a growing business sits between its systems: the exports, the re-keying, the spreadsheet that reconciles one to the other. We build the layer that joins them, so data moves once and every team works from the same numbers. If it has an API or an export, we can connect it.
If any of these are true, this is where we can help.
Data that flows both ways between systems, with a clear source of truth for each field, so a change in one place shows up everywhere it should.
Automations that run when something happens, like an invoice approved or a job closed, rather than waiting for someone to remember.
Decisions made in reporting or planning tools written back into your operational systems, such as planned payment dates pushed into Xero.
Supplier invoices, delivery dockets and statements read with Azure AI Document Intelligence and coded straight into your systems.
Every integration logs what it did and alerts someone when it fails, so problems get fixed before they reach a customer.
Xero, Cin7, SimPro, Employment Hero, Microsoft 365 or something built in-house: if it has an API or an export, we can connect it.
We start by tracing how data moves today: who exports what, who re-keys it where, and which spreadsheet holds it all together. That map shows where the time goes and which link to automate first.
For each integration we agree which system owns each field, what should happen when the two disagree, and who gets told when something fails. Then we build it with retries, idempotent updates and a log of every outcome, so a run can be repeated safely and checked afterwards.
Integrations run in your own Azure tenant, using managed identities and Key Vault for credentials, and come with documentation another developer could follow.
The difference between an integration that runs for years and one that breaks every quarter is mostly design, not code. Our guide to building two-way sync that doesn’t break explains the approach. You can also see it in practice in our cashflow forecast for a distributor, which writes planned payment dates back to Xero and logs every outcome.
